Return Conditions
• Items have been received within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Proof of purchase must be supplied with the returns items
• Photos of the faulty items have been uploaded to the returns portal and approved by the customer care team.
• The item(s) are in the original new and unused condition with all packaging, boxes and tags attached.
How to Return An Item
Simply visit our returns portal and follow the steps:
• Stick the label in a clear position on the outer packaging of the parcel;
• Send your item back;
• Await for your return updates via email.
